Hydrion Quaternary Test Paper provides a simple, reliable, and economical means to measure the concentration of Quaternary Sanitisers, particularly multi-quat broad range quaternary ammonium sanitiser solutions. With colour matches at 0-150-200-400-500 ppm, the test paper measures concentrations between 0-500 ppm, detecting exhaustion of solutions that should be replaced as well as helping to avoid using excessive amounts of sanitising agents.

Government and local body health regulations require users of Quaternary Ammonium sanitiser solutions to have appropriate test kits available to verify the strength of sanitiser solutions. Sanitiser solutions are essential in the food service industry to ensure that sanitisers are at the proper concentration specified by the individual manufacturer.

Each kit contains a 4.5 metre roll of premium test paper in a protective Hydrion dispenser and matching colour chart. Each kit provides for approximately 100 tests.

How To Use The Quaternary 146 Test Kit

Dip the strip into the sanitising solution for 10 seconds, then instantly compare the resulting colour with the enclosed colour chart which matches concentrations of 0-150-200-400-500 ppm. Test solution should be between 18 and 24 degrees Celsius.
