• Goods are typically shipped within one week from our Sydney distribution centre
• We will endeavour to notify you if we encounter a delay with processing your order

 Shipping Within Australia

• All goods are shipped via Australia Post eParcel with tracked delivery
• Both no-signature and signature required options are available
• We will send you an e-mail with the tracking number once your order is dispatched
• Free Shipping on orders $150+, for all other orders the rate is $9
• Please note we don't part-ship orders, or spilt orders across multiple shipments

• For all other orders the rate is USD $29

 International Shipping To Other Countries

• Rates are based on the total weight of the products ordered
• The Courier service is tracked and requires a signature on delivery: 1-2 weeks
